Quality & Project Management System

Jofaad has a comprehensive Quality Assurance program which describe and establish the assurance and control systems used by the company for its project delivery program. This covers design or interpretation of design and design change control, construction, inspection, service supply and general engineering activities. The QA program includes a description of the procedures, instruction, and measures used to assure that design documents, inspection, materials and workmanship are controlled in accordance with specified contract requirements. Our guiding objective is "Getting it Right First Time" through implementing and enforcing the quality assurance and quality control requirements and safety related structures, systems and components, and for providing compliance with specified requirements.
At Jofaad, Quality delivery means that projects are completed within the terms of the contract: on time, within budget, to the specifications required, without incidents or accidents or detrimental impact to the environment.

We implement a Project Management Systems (PMS) that addresses:

 Health, Safety, Environment & Security
 Local Content and Stakeholders Engagement
 Project Planning and Scheduling
 Cost Management and Earned Value Reporting

Health, Safety, Environment & Security

We recognize that accidents are expensive in every respect and could, in particular, result in irreparable loses. It is therefore the policy of the company not to undertake any activity where the risk to life or persons, property or environment cannot be controlled and managed. It is our policy that every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure that all employees have safe and healthy work place and that the surrounding environment shall not be adversely affected by our work activities.
While the overall policy responsibility for HSE rest at the highest management level, personnel at every level have responsibilities for carrying out this policy. Thus, the responsibility for the implementation of this policy rests on all members of staff.

All workers are given relevant training to ensure that the objectives of our HSES policy is achieved. To attain this, the following shall be our goals:
 To undertake work in such a manner that the safety, health and work environment are protected and due respect given to our neighbourhood and communities in the vicinity of our activities.
 To also ensure that all the equipment used in the process of carrying out the job are well maintained.
 That all our workers must dispose properly all waste generated in the course of our operational activities in line with waste management policy of the Company.
