Workshop, Staging Yard and Equipment
Jofaad also owns a workshop in Effurun Delta State, located on the main access road into Warri town. The property has so much space that it also serves as staging area for storage of equipment. We own essential equipment necessary for execution of our projects. All equipment are properly maintained and always in ready-to-be-mobilized mode when not actively engaged in a project.
We are constructing a new manufacturing workshop on the Warri-Sapele road. Some of our facilities dimensions are:
1. Workshop Staging site size: 30,000m2
2. Staging site, Udu road, Effurun 160,000 m2
3. Manufacturing workshop under construction: 90m x 30m, located in plot area of 19,505m2.
